The Answers You Need
Will my house be listed on the MLS?
No. We are not realtors and will lot list your house on the MLS or any other web site waiting for a buyer. You are selling directly to us.
What do I need to do to get ready for your visit?
Nothing! We will visit your property and provide a no obligation, as is offer, generally within minutes.
Will I have to have my house cleaned out before closing?
Absolutely not. We will purchase your property as is. No need to remove anything you don't want to. You move out what you like before closing, we take care of the rest.
What kinds of stipulations will come with buying our home from you?
Other than entering into a home sale contract-nothing! No waiting for contingencies, credit approval, or financing approval.
What is your commision?
No commissions. We give you an offer and that is what we pay you! You will not be responsible for any commissions or fees.
How quickly will we close?
We are flexible with the closing schedule but generally need about 14 days to get all the paperwork in order and schedule a closing. If you wish a later closing, that is fine too.
